From football to fearless advocacy, Kenny Stills brings a raw, honest, and inspiring perspective to The Tank. During his four seasons with the Miami Dolphins, Kenny established himself as one of the team’s most productive wide receivers, racking up 24 touchdown receptions and emerging as a respected leader in the locker room and throughout the South Florida community. Joining O.J. and Seth, Kenny reflects on the highs and lows of his NFL career — from being traded to Miami and adjusting to a new culture, to his transformation under head coach Adam Gase, and of course, his pivotal role in the iconic Miami Miracle victory over the New England Patriots.

But Stills’ legacy extends well beyond the football field. Known as one of the first Dolphins players to kneel during the national anthem, Kenny opens up about his decision to protest police brutality, the team meeting that preceded it, and the national backlash that followed. He shares candid stories of activism, mental health, and his drive to educate himself and others — including cross-country social justice tours, VA hospital visits, and bridging gaps with law enforcement and military veterans.

Edited by Sevach Melton. Theme song created and performed by The Honorable SoLo D.
