The Fit Marriage Show welcomes Christina Barea who is the author of Qigong Illustrated, an ordained Daoist priest, and holds a masters degree in medical qigong (MMQ) from the International Institute of Medical Qigong. Christina is a certified level III qigong instructor and has taught at the University of East-West Medicine. She is also a member of the National Qigong Association’s board of directors.

Practicing qigong combines gentle flowing movements, relaxed breathing, visualization and self-applied massage.
