Today we learn about the unique phenomenon that is called the Uncanny Valley.

Keith and I discuss how a theory discovered in Japan by a robotics professor in 1970 effects L&D, and how the uncanny valley impacts learning design. We also explore how other industries’ work on the uncanny valley are reshaping the landscape of L&D.
