In this podcast we try to build bridges and consider that there is a lot more in common to different healthy eating philosophies than there is different. We discuss the importance of a whole-food way of life, the bias and fallacies that can and has influenced this discussion, the approaches to nutrition statistics, the industries/media/egos/ideologies that may influence the food system, the environmental impact of food, reconnecting with real whole food and much more.
