After an uncomfortable meeting with Countess Ellen our knights prepare for the upcoming battle against Saxon kings, notably Cerdic and Aelle. King Nantaleod, the leader of this alliance against the Saxons, has high ambitions for Logres and there is talk that he shall become the next High King of Briton.
The Battle of Netley Marsh proves challenging as our primary knights are captured and new knights from the various families step forward to continue the battle. A veteran knight rises to the challenge of being in command during the middle of the battle; a man is forsaken in love yet again; and the first son of a PC from many years back is knighted on the field of battle.
