Ken Starr is the former Solicitor General of the United States and a former judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Most Americans don't know that Starr is one of the country's top constitutional law experts. He is also a devout Christian. Starr's new book addresses the current crisis facing faith. Not one to mince words, the new book is plainly titled "Religious Liberty in Crisis: Exercising Your Faith in an Age of Uncertainty."

In this conversation with Greg Kelly, Starr addresses his concerns about the future of freedom of religion if the pandemic is allowed to continue being used as an excuse to silence preachers, close sanctuary doors and prevent the faithful from congregating.

Kelly and the former Solicitor General also discuss the legal issues facing the First Amendment.
