This is what can happen when we lose focus of the core message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If Wheaton can fall, how many other institutions can fall, how many churches have already? Though Chris and Shaun dislike using the word “Religion” to describe their individual relationships with Christ, the term fits this scenario. Is your church tainted? Is your faith-walk with Jesus tainted?
