If your period is MIA, let’s chat about some of the reasons why this may be the case...
Whether your period has been MIA for 3 months or 3 years, there’s always an underlying reason. ⁣
It’s important to know that your period isn’t the main event in your monthly cycle, ovulation is. ⁣

So, if you’re not ovulating, you’re not going to experience a true period. ⁣

Little disclaimer, some of the reasons I am going to be mentioning in this podcast episode are not the only reasons why your period isn’t gracing you with its presence.

These are just some of the most common reasons that I have observed first hand in my virtual clinic with the clients that I work with and based on my professional knowledge.
