This is episode 28 of the Hardest Kit on the Planet Podcast. This podcast is brought to you by Heinnie Haynes - The Premium Source for the Hardest Kit on the Planet, available online at heinnie.com

This is the show where we speak to the hardest people and companies on the planet, looking at what makes them tick, from adventurers and explorers to knife makers, bushcrafters, preppers and generally awesome outdoors people.

I’m your host Ben Roberts, and i’ll be your guide with each and every episode of the podcast. If you do have any questions, guest suggestions or comments please feel free to drop me a message anytime to podcast@heinnie.com

We are also now using the #hardestkitpodcast on Twitter and Instagram for further chat on the show :) So, do get involved online to keep the chat going about each episode!

This weeks brilliant guest is a woman called Laura Kennington. She is a UK based adventurer who set up her own challenges both big and small, at home and abroad.

In this episode we chat about some of the really cool adventures she has undertaken. Including a channel islands triathlon and a kayaking adventure down the length of the Volga river in Russia. We look at the kit needed, the planning (or lack of) planning required, and how adventure is accessible to everyone.

As always if you like the show please subscribe on iTunes and leave us a review. The more subscribers and more popular we are the better we can keep making this podcast.
