He’s a co-editor of the UBC Press book series “Communication, Strategy and Politics”. And he’s long been investigating, and writing about, what goes on behind the scenes in our political sphere. Today we’re going to talk about his new book, “Whipped: Party Discipline in Canada,” which examines the hidden ways parties exert control over elected members of Canadian legislatures.
