In today's episode we review the life of the conqueror. He has been with us for 9 episodes now so the guy deserves a recap episode all to himself, don't you think? We also cover the administration changes under Mehmed's rule and how he truly transformed the Ottomans from a state into an Empire. This was done by finally conquering Constantinople and rebuilding it into a grand Imperial capital, by securing the boarder regions, and by reorganizing Ottoman administration into a centralized government with officials loyal to the Sultan and no one else.
