In this episode of the podcast I sit down with Buttendz founder and former professional hockey player Robert Lalonde.

During our conversation we talk about what kind of gear we were into coming up, discuss our favourite sticks of all time and Rob talks little bit about what it was like growing up with and playing along side 2 time Stanley Cup Champion Brooks Orpik.

We also talk about some of the struggles he's had as well, how he was able to bounce back from a career ending to concussion, and why he decided to quit drinking and get sober.
