Welcome to another episode of the Insurance Dudes podcast. In this episode, Craig dives into a thought-provoking topic: when is it okay to quit? We've all been taught that leaving is not a great idea, but what if there are times when quitting is actually the right move and other times when we quit too soon?

Craig introduces the concept of "the dip," as described by Seth Godin in his book of the same name. The dip refers to the phase where we start to lose momentum or enthusiasm after initially engaging in something. It's that challenging period where results may not be forthcoming, and doubts start creeping in. Craig emphasizes the importance of recognizing whether we're in a dip or a "cul de sac" (a dead end) because quitting at the wrong time can hinder our progress. he stresses the importance of awareness in navigating the dip. Being aware of our progress, recognizing whether we're in a dip or a cul de sac, and adjusting our approach accordingly can make a significant difference. He shares his experience with quitting in the dip when working with internet leads.

About Jason and Craig:

Both agents themselves, they both have scaled to around $10 million in premium. After searching for years for a system to create predictability in their agencies, they developed the Telefunnel after their interviews with so many agents and business leaders.

Taking several years, tons of trial and error, and hundreds of thousands of dollars on lead spend, they’ve optimized their agencies and teams to write tons of premium, consistently, and nearly on autopilot!
