Andy Klump is a renewable energy executive with 20 years of solar energy, storage, and technology experience with 18 years’ operating in China. He is the founder, owner, and CEO of Clean Energy Associates, a solar energy and storage technical due diligence and engineering services firm with a presence in 13 countries with over 170 professionals and completed solar energy and storage projects in 60+ countries.

Melissa Palleschi, Sales and Marketing Director at The PIE - independent media, recruitment and events company connecting a global community of professionals working in international education. A native New Yorker, Mel has lived in London for 11 years. She studied European Mass Communication and Art History at the American University of Rome and graduated from the University at Buffalo in New York with a BA in Communication. She moved abroad to Italy after graduating UB to teach English. In 2009, she made the move to London where she started working as an English teacher, Social Programme Organiser and eventually the Sales and marketing executive at Tti School of English in Camden Town. Her role as the sales and marketing executive at Tti and at The PIE has enabled her to travel around the globe creating new partnerships and deepening her understanding of the value of international education.

Stefano Giusti is the Vice President of Global Packaging at AFC Materials Group and General Manager at Policarta. His family has been working with paper-based products for over six generations. He now manages the global division of the American company AFC, focusing on the research and manufacturing of sustainable packaging products. Are plastics the real enemy? And is paper the only solution? AFC made its mark as a global provider of high temperature and non-stick solutions. And since 1988, they have remained focused on partnering with end users, distributors, and OEMs to solve their greatest production challenges. To better serve their customers, AFC Materials Group has developed internal business units designed for flexibility and speed of service. As a turnkey manufacturer, their capabilities include coating, converting, and fabrication of composite materials engineered for the most demanding applications. AFC is based in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, with locations in Vermont, Mexico, and Italy.
