TJ Anderson joins James Swanwick to discuss his new book, “The Art of Health Hacking,” a self help book that teaches you how to both understand your health and become the healthiest version of yourself. TJ details his own personal health experience, and how he had to eliminate things like alcohol in order to become the best version of himself that he could be.
