We are starting a new series called “Word of the Month.” In this series Jan will pick one word for each month to focus on as a way to grow and challenge herself and her listeners. This month Jan is focusing on fearlessness. In this episode she openly discusses her own fear that stemmed from the brainwashing and sexual abuse she experienced as a tween/teen. She emphasizes that fearlessness does not mean eliminating all fear from our lives, but rather shifting our relationship with fear and learning to navigate it more effectively. Jan shares personal experiences and challenges listeners to practice fearlessness in various aspects of their lives, such as sharing their stories, standing up for themselves, and speaking out against injustice. She encourages listeners to cultivate courage, hope, and authenticity, and to choose hope over fear. In closing, Jan highlights the importance of living in the present moment and letting go of guilt and shame.
If you're on a journey to embrace fearlessness and want to share your experience with us, please send an email to janbrobergshow@gmail.com. Your story could be featured anonymously on an upcoming episode of our "Word of the Month" podcast.
