Will Hatton is an amateur adventurer, digital nomad and travel addict. He first started backpacking when he was eighteen and was instantly hooked by all the inspiring people he met whilst hitching, camping and couch surfing around Europe. Since then, he lived in India for a year, worked on bars in Vietnam, herded goats in the Holy Land and conquered the highest navigable pass in the world armed with a poorly drawn map and a packet of ritz crackers. He survived knife-point robberies in Nepal, guerrilla encounters in Myanmar, motorbike crashes in Vietnam and numerous other misadventures.

Throughout his travels, he became an expert at being on the road whilst having no money. He slept rough, couch surfed and hitched my way around the world. Between 2010 and 2013 he spent over two years in Asia where the cost of everything including flights averaged of just $12 a day.

His blog has exploded in popularity and he is now sponsored by RedBull, GoPro, Berghaus and others. He is passionate about teaching others how to ditch their desks, start an online career and hit the road in search of a better quality of life.

On November 2nd, 2015 he embarked on a two-year adventure from the UK to Papua New Guinea via Europe, Iran, Pakistan, China, Tibet, Nepal, India, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia. His budget for this trip is just $20 a day. He will not be flying during this journey.

In this episode, you’ll learn:
- That your potential may lie outside of your current path
- How Will became smitten with travel across the world
- To evolve or die
- The evolution of Will's blog
- How to get out of your comfort zone and travel
- How to couch surf around the world
- How to find the out-of-the-way places to see
- You can survive without money
- Some of the more exotic places to visit
- The ins-and-outs of the Pakistani-Indian Border Closing ceremony
- The mind shift from loving things to enjoying experiences
- That it doesn't take a lot of money to travel
