Robert Sikes began lifting weights, as a way to increase his size and strength, in high school, following the advice of his uncle. Of course, living in a rural area, without the ability to drive places, he didn’t have all the equipment he needed, so he built his own gym using scrap material he found around his farm.

After going off to college, he got serious about body building and decided to compete. When his first competition led him down a destructive path, because of the nightmarish requirements of the orthodox nutrition community, he figured there had to be a better way. After overcoming the eating disorders he had developed, he adopted keto as his primary way of eating.

And he’s been flourishing ever since.

You can get a chance to listen to some of Robert’s lessons learned, insights, tricks, tips, and pitfalls in order to get a shredded look while keto. Danny and I really enjoyed listening to him, and we know you will, too.
