This week Jimmy and John talk about their plans for the new KetoHacks they will explore in 2019 in Episode 39.

If you've been following along then you know that last year we tackled some KetoHacks that pushed the boundaries of the typical keto diet to test what could be added to or tweaked to optimize this amazing nutritional lifestyle. So far we've looked at the results from intermittent fasting, sleep optimization, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), infrared sauna, and ice bath cold therapy. But this is a new year and we're ready to put more to the test. In this episode, we'll look at what's in store for this year's KetoPlus hacks and the specific areas we'll be focussing on, including time-restricted feeding, stress reduction, meditation, gratitude, and lots more.
