It got a bit scrappy and fiery in the Challenge Cup didn't it?!

Six players sin-binned with one red card shown in a memorable clash, memorable for the wrong reasons, Hull FC got through to the quarter-final by beating Championship club Featherstone Rovers.

The Battle of the Wolves had a lot of hype with the Toronto Wolfpack who are vying for Super League promotion this year, taking on the form team in the top flight Warrington Wolves. It was another scrappy affair with the highlight coming from referee Ben Thaler who sent off the Wolfpack captain after the player refused to be quiet and listen to him.

So through to the quarter-finals: Leigh beat Salford, Huddersfield were victorious over Wakefield (which has opened up more criticism from Schoey) and Leeds just scraping past Widnes. League One Whitehaven couldn't upset the odds in France with Catalans getting in the hat for the last eight, Castleford were shown why St Helens are the team to beat this season and Hull KR lost to Wigan Warriors.

With Magic Weekend only days away, Sam Tomkins' move to Catalans Dragons confirmed and the issue of the game being brought into disrepute - it's another jam-packed edition of The Last Tackle.
