In this episode I talk to Just Hyde about how he predicts the future of work, and our workspaces will evolve and what leaders should be considering now as part of their people and property strategy.
Justin is both a Workplace culture expert and a futurist of how we work and collaborate in the corporate environment. He's worked for over 10 years in delivering culture change for a number of organisations across the UK and Europe, helping develop their workplace and employee experiences, as well as leading them through intense periods of change.
With a focus on Workplace Experience, he's dedicated his time to developing bespoke strategies and blueprints for a number of organisations, supporting them through moves towards smarter ways of working. This in turn has optimised their workplaces and led to high employee engagement scores.
He's a keen environmentalist and extremely passionate about his work and this can be seen with some of the programmes he's delivered in his career to date. This includes project managing an expedition to the Amazon Rainforest to work with tribal members to help improve their way of life with a changing physical environment, and delivering a high profile sustainability project in one of the most extreme environments on earth, at 2041's Education base in Antarctica where he proved that if you can survive by using 100% renewable energy there, then you can do it anywhere. In his spare time he's a keen walker and cyclist and loves exploring the Cotswolds. He is a new parent to a 6 month old baby girl who he hopes shares some of the same passions for the outdoors.
