As a special treat to The Life Shift Podcast listeners, I wanted to share the trailer of a show that I listen to and think fits in the space that we try to talk about on The Life Shift. This show is called "three siblings." However, I do want to note some trigger warnings as this show talks about suicide and depression, so it may not be suitable for all ears. That being said, their message is important, and I think the delivery adds interesting layers to the story.

As our shows have similar messages, if you like The Life Shift podcast, I think you might like three siblings.
