Marisa Murgatroyd has revolutionized how online business works by telling stories and is teaching others how to do the same with Live Your Message. “I just crashed and burned,” Marisa says. “I spent 20 years buying into the dream, hook, line, and sinker, that if I just got great grades at an Ivy League school and did super well in college that my career would unfold for me. When I got that letter, I realized this isn’t what I want and it’s not going to happen like that and I don’t want to work for a well-respected institution.” By telling that story, Marisa was able to connect with her audience in a whole new way and realized the power of a human narrative, and its efficacy as a business marketing strategy.
