Did you know that it's estimated that around a quarter of all eating disorder sufferers are male? Don't worry - I didn't know either. The vast majority of the time, eating disorder sufferers are depicted as women in the media, leading men to feel shame around experiencing a 'female illness' - especially when we live in a society that encourages men to conceal weakness at all costs. Here to tackle that shame and talk about a man's experience in this world, I am joined by mental health advocate Connor Spratt, who shares his story.
