From achieving financial success very quickly to nearly losing it all. Today’s guest Henry Kaminski Jr. is not only a rock star graphic designer and sales funnel expert but more importantly, he is true testament to how hard work, dedication, humility, and the pursuit of purpose can help you achieve not only financial success but ultimately a life filled with joy, meaning, and gratitude.

Join us as Henry talks with us about:

• How attracting the wrong clients, will take you down the wrong path and end up making you miserable and feeling unfulfilled.

• How marketing rockstar Russell Brunson helped save Henry’s career and opened his eyes and led him down the real path of making money. - Hint: It’s by adding value first and working with clients you love.

• What it’s like to achieve financial success very quick, nearly lose it all because of external events, and the process Henry followed to continually get back up after every KO punch life threw at him. Ultimately this is what helped him achieve the level of success and joy he has today.

•How when you achieve success very early on, you need to constantly guard against the natural tendency to become cocky, selfish, apathetic towards those you’re serving by continually deploying humility and self-awareness.

• How he used NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to re-program his brand and overcome the mental challenges holding him back by learning how to establish and operate off of a winning mindset.

• When you make what you do all about you, not only set yourself up for failure but you lose your ability to truly enjoy the journey.

• When speaking about sales funnels. Great design doesn’t necessarily translate into great conversions. Henry talks about the need to understand the psychology behind what makes people convert and how to execute on strategies that facilitate converting sales funnels.

• Developing quality partnerships with other people are vital to success, especially when first starting out.

• Henry talks about how important it is to know what you’re awesome at and crucial it is to know your lane and stay in it… then delegate the rest out.

• Henry talks about what to look for in a great partnership with someone else by asking value based questions.

• How often we should audit and evaluate our brand identity - Who is your target audience - what is the problem that you solve for them - Why should people listen to you - What differentiates you from everyone else who does exactly what you do - What makes your brand relevant to your audience

• Using a contrasting analogy between Walmart and Louie Vuitton, Henry talks about how the perception of value will distinguish you and your brand to your audience and the world.

• Staying on "brand" in part means staying consistent with your messaging every single time.

• When creating content, you should always ask yourself, “is what I’m about to say valuable enough that this person who is watching[, listening, or reading] come back again tomorrow [to get more].

• Why you need to stop getting romantic with your brand.

• How and why to make sure your business is not solely defined by one facet of brand identity, such as your logo. The key is to focus on your brand voice.

• What is brand messaging? Henry talks with us about using Donald Miller’s “grunt test”, which simply means if you can explain what you do simply enough for a cave man to understand it then you have a beautiful and highly effective brand message.

- People buy feelings and status, not products and services.

Cheers!

Corey
