When it comes to health everything matters. But I am starting to sense that at the top of the pyramid may be hormonal health. Hormones are the communication chemicals in our bodies that in effect coordinate the function or dysfunction of the body. So many things we have been guessing are due to age or say “that’s natural” is really about our hormones being in a dysregulated state. The incredible news is there is a lot we can do to keep our hormones happy and healthy for a long time and give ourselves a long healthspan.
