In this episode, I tell my story of underweight, overweight, obese and morbidly obese stages of my life, through emotions.
I had an incredibly rough time putting myself out there and talking about the darkest periods of my life. I speak about living in a war zone and how it reflected on emotional eating; Depression, social anxiety, isolation, suicide attempts, and the day when I faced death.
I hope you’ll forgive me for making lengthy pauses, sighing, or stuttering.
