In this podcast, I'll take you through the steps to becoming a full stack marketer.

Follow these steps to master the A3R3 funnel.

The A3R3 or the AAARRR Funnel covers all the stages a startup goes through in order to grow its business. The goal is to manage the execution of marketing campaigns throughout this funnel.

These are the 6 stages you need to master to become a full stack marketer-

1. Awareness - The methods to drive awareness to a business are content, SEO/SEM, word of mouth, influencer collaboration, and email drips. The metrics for awareness are reach and awareness, clicks/traffic/visitors.

2. Acquisition - The methods for acquisition are calls/chats, webinars, lead magnets, promos, and giveaways. The metrics for acquisition are inquiries, leads generated, subscribers, and downloads.

3. Activation - The methods for activation are user experience, AHA moment, great user onboarding, and good sales. The metrics associated with activation are demo signups, trial signups, and freemium customers.

4. Revenue - The methods for generating revenue are abandoned cart flows, checkout flow, product optimization, relevant product upgrades, promotions, and offers. The metrics are service retainers, Saas trial to paid conversions, and eCommerce purchases.

5. Retention - After you've retained this user, you want to generate another sale with them, the methods for retention are email retargeting, SMS retargeting, Push notifications, and In-product upgrades. The metrics for retention are contract renewal rate, customer lifetime value, net promoter score, and churn rate.

6. Referral - Now you want to push the customer to refer another customer to your business, so the methods for this are affiliate marketing, email referral campaigns, and In-product referral campaigns. The metrics to look into are number of customers referred, and social sharing customer acquisition.

These are the starting points for you to understand what you need to master to become a Full Stack Marketer. Listen to the full podcast for an in-depth dive into each step.
