The lockdown brought about by the Covid19 outbreak has impacted on different people in different ways but there has been a spike in cases of violence against women .

On today's episode my guest who wants to be addressed as Jennifer shares her story .

👉She revealed how she met her husband in America, got married.

👉How they relocated to another country-his home country .

👉How she experienced a culture shock in his home country.

👉How she felt out of place initially .

👉How her husband constantly criticized her

👉How he stopped being supportive and became unappreciative of her efforts.

👉How he regularly passed her subtle insults .

👉she also shared how these impacted on her and how their relationship broke down partly because of these .

👉Mental abuse is as bad as physical abuse and imparts on mental health and well being.
