Black women, the proponents of the Black Lives Matter movement can also be guilty of perpetuating the same types of abuse against Black men that they often accuse of being "systemic" issues. In this episode of Up 4 Debate, our resident millennial, Noey shares his story of suffering narcissistic abuse, as well as false allegations of domestic violence at the hands of an ex-girlfriend. This form of narcissistic abuse left him isolated from his main support system, and was followed by subsequent and constant gaslighting by those who, with good intentions, side with women first. Her manipulation and emotional abuse didn't simply end with slander. She involved both law enforcement and health authorities. At the end of this toxic relationship, Noey was left with a lot of trauma and healing to do... This is his story.
