He shares his own personal mental health journey & the stresses of being a business owner which lead him to quitting WSSC for a short period of time in 2019.
Kerryn shares her mental health journey and how being bullied as a teenager lead to her being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She talks about the challenges she’s had throughout her journey thus far and what she does to maintain her mental health.
