Zach Shaw and Steve Lorenz continue their annual position group preview series by looking at Michigan's defensive line room.

They open with a look at with the strengths of what they believe is both Michigan’s strongest position group and the strongest defensive line in the country. They look at the “gifted” duo of Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant, what makes them the best tackle duo in the country, and why they can set the rest of the Wolverines’ defense up for success elsewhere.

They then turn to the biggest question marks of the room, including two rising sophomores hoping to crack the rotation this fall in Trey Pierce and Enow Etta. They look at the duo’s background, and what kind of impact they can have behind an impressive trio of starter-caliber players that also includes Rayshaun Benny.

They close by looking at some X-factor players for the room, and make bold predictions for the group in the 2024 season.
