As many of you know from listening to this podcast, or from the email I recently sent out, I’ve been dealing with the aftermath of a significant head injury that I suffered back in June.

The recovery process that I’ve had to undertake has required me to completely change my life in many ways, and one of those was the forced adoption of meditation.

Like you, I’ve always heard about the benefits of meditation, and I’ve made a few half-hearted attempts to adopt the practice in the past, but those attempts were always short-lived.

Five minutes felt like an eternity, and I spent the entire time wondering if I was doing it right.

Well this injury finally forced me to pursue the practice of meditation has if it were my job.

Why?

Because consistent meditation for at least 20-30 minutes per day for at least 30 days, has been shown to help repair the brain.

So I had to dive in, but thankfully this time I around I found an amazing piece of technology that can teach you how to meditate like a monk.
