Bob Charleston is senior vice president of operations and supply chain at the T. Marzetti Company.Marzetti is a leading specialty foods company including many of America’s favorites, like Marzetti salad dressings and dips, New York Brand frozen breads and Sister Schubert’s homemade rolls. They also supply dressings, sauces and dips to restaurants including Wendy’s, Chick-Fil-A, and Taco Bell, to name a few. Bob has held leadership positions at a prestigious list of top international companies. Most recently, he served as Corporate Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Associated Hygienic Products, LLC (which specializes in diaper and training pants); he also has experience leading sales, customer business management, operations, and supply chain at ConAgra Foods, Wrigley, General Mills/Pillsbury, and Rubbermaid. Bob graduated from Kent State University with an MBA, and received his bachelor of science in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt. Covering the latest topics, Manufacturing Tomorrow guests include company C-suite executives and engineers to industry-facing academics, supportive government and regional economic development agents of change.
