Do you ever feel like you are juggling so many different tasks that, inevitably, some things end up slipping through the cracks? We’ve definitely experienced that in our business, and so has our guest Jenny McCarty. Jenny is a business owner, a member of our Living Your ONE Thing community, and a military wife, which means she is constantly moving – and every time she moves, she has to start her business all over again.

This is because Jenny has been acting entrepreneurially, relying on her own natural abilities, instead of acting purposefully. She reached out to us for help before her next move, and we want to share that call because we think it can help you too. In this episode, we ask questions that will help you identify the models and systems that you can implement so that your business can scale without you.

The ONE Thing to Implement From This Episode:

As people, we tend to over complicate things. We make our problems feel difficult, but in reality, it doesn’t have to be that way. Your life, and your business, can be simple – and the simpler it is, the easier it will be to scale.

And building systems doesn’t actually have to take a lot of time. With a little bit of technology – and the intention to document everything – you can record every step of your process and then leverage VA resources to turn that into a system. If you’d like to see how we do this, we will be sharing our process in a training for the Living Your ONE Thing Community. Click here to join today.

In this episode you will learn...

  • [12:10] Why documenting your systems is a powerful lead domino.
  • [16:10] What habits you can acquire to help you develop systems in your business.
  • [22:00] How you can stop over complicating simple problems.
