Hall of Fame Horse Trainer Bob Baffert is seen by many as the "face of horse racing." But after an unpredictable win at the Kentucky Derby, Baffert's horse, Medina Spirit, failed a drug test and was shown to have an illegal steroid in his blood. Now Baffert and the entire gambling sport has been shamed and placed under a cloud.

The drug scandal is just the latest for Baffert, who has had more than 30 horses fail drug tests in his extensive career.

PETA Sr. VP Kathy Guillermo continues to pressure the industry to stop the abuses of horses by trainers. She explains the latest scandal and what it could mean for racing, which has already shrunk in half since PETA's Equine Matters campaign began more than ten years ago.
