Leo is half Norwegian and half Brazilian, he is a medical student currently studying in Ireland. He is also a plant-based athlete and can be found passionately advocating the vegan and plant-based life on his social media channels. He has a deep passion for nutrition and preventive medicine and aims to show people that it is very totally possible to be fit and healthy on a plant-based diet. As a doctor in training, he brings an inside perspective on the evidence behind the benefits of a plant-based diet as well as the shortcomings of the medical industry.
