About a decade ago, after performing some basic PMO research, it became clear to those of us involved in the PMO research project, that the findings were showing a cluster of data in two distinct and measureable areas. At the time, we coined these to clusters Business Driven PMOs and Inwardly Focused PMOs. Today, we present the top three characteristics of a business driven PMO.
