Devirupa Mitra is Deputy Editor & Diplomatic Correspondent at The Wire, with over 15 years of journalistic experience. She specialises in reporting on domestic developments in India's neighbours, and about India's relations with them. She has been on the Ministry of External Affairs 'beat' for over seven years.
