Host Brad Kearns welcomes another podcast host to the show for a 'getting real" conversation about the habitual overtraining patterns of Type-A, highly motivated, goal-oriented fitness enthusiasts. This show was syndicated on Connie's podcast called the Fit Farming Food Mom. Connie is a Certified Nutritionist, ISSA certified personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, Dental Assistant, hobby farmer in Idaho and mother of two young kids. She does it all!!
