Tracey’s formal education includes post-secondary studies in molecular biology, nursing, critical care nursing, advanced life support, anatomy & pathophysiology, parenting/child development, health education, prenatal care, Swedish massage and Thai yoga massage. She has accumulated 20 years of experience in clinical assessment (encompassing physical, mental and emotional health). Specific to yoga, Tracey has completed over 2,500 Hours in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Training including, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. In addition to her training, she has lead over 2,000 hours in Yoga Teacher Training, over 3,000 Hours of Private Yoga/Yoga Therapy as well as Teacher Mentorship Sessions and over 10,000 hours teaching yoga classes, workshops, and events.
