No one escapes the dread of anxiety. According to Mel Robbins, you can’t simply make anxiety go away. But in this episode, Mel shares with us the value of mindfulness with anxiety.
Sometimes being too busy and on a roll can trigger the anxiety that comes from the amount of work piling up with so little time available. According to Mel, the key is to focus on the present moment. It happens. And it’s okay because what’s important is to be able to recognize when it’s happening. Remember to slow down, pause, and breathe.
Ultimately, Mel illustrates that being mindful of the present and living in the moment gives you the wisdom to immediately shut your worries and anxiety down before they shut you down.
