In this episode, Eric Thomas shares with us the principles of success that have stood the test of time. According to Eric, when you want to succeed as bad as you wanna breathe, then you'll be successful. And whatever you want to accomplish—academically, career-wise, or financially—all boils down to a clear vision fueled by passion and how badly you want to succeed.

Most people say they want to be successful, but they just kind of want it. But what differentiates the successful ones is the amount of hard work and dedication they put into their hard work. They're perceived as dreamers, but they're the ones who don't sleep.

In sum, it's not enough that you simply want it; you've got to want it so badly that you're willing to give it all. And no matter how tough it gets, just keep going. After all, pain is temporary but quitting lasts forever.
