This week, I sit down with my personal trainer, Titus Pitre from Destiny Fitness, to introduce to you some insight into general health and fitness with his positive perspective and the 20+ years of experience Titus brings to the table. Over the last few months, it was easy for me to start eating unhealthy out of convenience and my desire to take care of myself was lacking. Right when I was feeling at my lowest, Titus reached out to me and things have turned around since. Titus has a lot of experience from training police officers and military recruits for all branches to training regional radio celebrities like me who just want to feel better. It's all about loving life and keeping the body and mind healthy enough to enjoy all that life has to offer. Titus has been a great inspiration to me, and I wanted to share his story with you all.
