Over the next couple years, he would go on to purchase over 75 homes, most of which he kept as long-term rental properties. At first it was a slow start, but once David realized the power of raising private capital, his portfolio expanded rapidly. Today, David holds close to $10M in real estate and flips a few houses a year to cover overhead expenses. David enjoys helping others get involved in the real estate business and is always looking for new partnerships in the commercial real estate space. One thing that David largely harps on is time management. A father of 3, a husband, a full-time service member, and running a large real estate business is no easy feat!.
