Among the stories from the always riveting “This Week in Reddit” segment, the boys talk about the Wonderlic test and how a sports writer no longer wants to share scores once he gets one, CB Gareon Conley and some of the troubles that have found him this week (and what it means), Teddy Bridgewater and his future contract situation, and Martavis Bryant’s chance to rejoin his team.
We discuss the “can’t miss” live draft party that we will be hosting, and share details about how and when you can tune in (Come to RedditNFL.com and click on the link to our YouTube stream at 7:30 EST or later). We will be streaming live for the entirety of the first round of the draft and have some great guests dropping in. Also, you’ll be able to call in live and take part in the fun!
A little later in the show, The Riz takes you through his mock of the top 10 players in the draft and who will go where. We then discuss inside sources and how to use (and be used by) them. Then we round out our draft coverage with information from some of those sources on who may be trading to different draft positions and why.
We also discuss the Free Agent signings of Marshawn Lynch to the Oakland Raiders and Adrian Peterson’s signing with the New Orleans Saints.
This Week in Mediocrity focuses on the layoffs at ESPN and Chris decides that mediocrity is actually spelled E-S-P-N. We talk about some mediocre player news, and Chris lets loose on the stupidity of the NFL and how they handle some pretty simple things.
