Cathy O’ Dowd amazes me. She was the first women to have ever climbed both sides of the highest mountain in the world, Mt. Everest. Her story is remarkable to say the least. Even though her stories are thrilling and heart stopping, it is really the lessons that we can learn off the mountain that can make the biggest difference in our lives. In this interview we talk extensivly about how you can face your fears, analyze risk, and succeed even when faced with mountain like problems.
