Michelle Boxx is CEO at Boxxbury, a marketing and business development firm with a mission to decrease small business failure rates.In politics and policy, Michelle served on the governing affairs committee for the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, staffed and managed political campaigns around the country and represented organizations on policy matters in Missouri, Kentucky, and Washington D.C., and was an active donor of the Realtor Political Action Committee. In media, Michelle has had a radio segment out of Georgia, contributed to websites that received 400,000+ pageviews monthly, has spoken at events in multiple states, and ran a policy blog that received 10,000 pageviews monthly without any money spent on advertisement. In real estate, Michelle sold real estate full time for 5 years consistently commanding higher commission rates than those in her office. She tripled her business from year 1 to year 2 resulting in speaking at the National Association of Realtors Conference. She was recognized by professionals like U.K. Basketball Coach John Calipari’s social media manager for her marketing techniques and was selected for and graduated the Kentucky Realtors Leadership Class of 2018. By volunteering, Michelle has ran women focused networking and support groups, taught women’s Bible studies and children’s church, led the hospitality committee at her church, worked with organizations that care for the homeless, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the Realtor Community Housing Foundation.
