Irrespective of what you get out of listening to the show, I must point out that everyone experiences different levels of stress and trauma in life. Because of this, it is important that we take a minute to review what is going on with us. This helps us to recognize when the pressure is becoming too much.

If you find that your everyday life is starting to feel overwhelming or causing you to feel anxious, it might be a sign that you need to take a break. If that doesn’t work, then you should consider seeking professional help.

It is important that you take care of yourself and manage your stress levels in order to lead a healthy and balanced life.
