On this week's episode, J.Mix is joined by Cameron Ware and Lauren Turner as they discuss the ins and outs of being black theatre makers in the city of New Orleans at this moment in time. In solidarity with the black brothers and sisters that share their sentiments about the consistent grapple with predominately white institutions around the country, they all discuss their personal grievances with predominately white NOLA theatres such as Summer Lyric, JPAS, Southern Rep, and Rivertown.

The three also explore what has come to light on the Living Document of BIPOC Experiences in the NOLA Theatre. They discuss what needs to happen in BIPOC communities in order to move forward with AND without the assistance or support from PWIs.
